At Little Orange Hat, every piece is made with love and attention to detail. Because many of our items are custom or personalized, we want to be transparent about our return and refund process.
1. Personalized and Custom Orders
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on personalized or custom-made items once production has begun.
Please review your order details carefully before confirming, including spellings, colours, and design requests.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to find the best solution—whether that means a replacement, repair, or partial refund.
3. Non-Personalized Items
If you purchased a non-personalized item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
Refunds (when applicable) will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
